About Me

Three Sisters Cupcake Company was created in 2008 and named for my three daughters at the time, Alexandra, Sophia & Ava. Isabella, born in 2009, is my new constant companion in the kitchen and first witness to every cupcake out of the oven. I only use home made batters and icing. Raspberry Lemonade

With summer fast approaching fresh lemonade seems to be just the thing for picnics or barbecues. What could be better than a raspberry lemonade cupcake to finish off the perfect summer picnic? So I decided to get started on creating just that. I started with my own raspberry syrup to incorporate into a lemon cupcake and raspberry cream cheese icing. The end result was a deliciously sweet syrup, but it was lost in the cupcake. The lemon took over. It was a pretty cupcake, but it's back to the drawing board!
